The important thing to remember is that we want the items you order to be perfect for you. We understand purchasing online is a different experience to being in a physical store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please Contact us immediately or within 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange of item.
We will refund the full price of the product in question (not shipping and processing costs) once we have safely received your items. Please return items in the original condition you received them so we can assess changes needed in our quality control proceseses. We appreciate our customers' feedback, after all you are our quality advisors.
Goods are returned to us at your own expense, however we will send your exchange items at no extra charge to you. Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods. You will receive your refund within 7 working days of us receiving the products. We will send exchange products within two weeks or earlier if possible.
Terms and conditions on returns
Heads and Tales take great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that Heads and Tales cannot be responsible for:
- spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by you when ordering a card or invitation
- inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images for personalised items
- ordering the wrong size of clothing
- damage to the product arising after delivery to you.
Please preview your orders for cards, invitations and other personalised items carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. When ordering cards, please check that all information is entered and spelled correctly, in particular names. We are not responsible for any typographical errors resulting from incorrectly entered information.
Please consult the Size charts for measurements for all sizes of clothing. Contact us via email if you have a question about any item and we will get back to you.
Returning any item within 10 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). On receipt of the returned goods Heads and Tales will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must however, return the goods to Heads and Tales in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
