Shipping

Postage is a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders within Australia, no matter the size of your order or where you live.

If you are buying for a special occasion, please note the date so we can contact you if we think there may be an issue in you receiving your order in time.

If you would like your parcel to be sent Express Post, please contact us to confirm the extra charge.

Internationally, we use Registered International Mail and our shipping rates will be based on the cost that we incur. Please email us to get an estimate. For all international and Express Post orders, we will email you a tracking number once your parcel has been sent via Australia Post.

Delivery

For partyware orders, we despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order so long as we have the stock.

All our clothing items are handmade and our cupcake topers, cards, invitations and other personalised items require us to spend time to create a magical product for you. We will start work on your order as soon as we receive it but our delivery times are longer because of this.

Most handmade or personalised orders will be posted within 7 days of receiving the order, if not earlier (two weeks during peak periods). Please Contact Us with any questions about possible faster deliveries for special occasions.
